Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience is required.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

COVID Vaccine required. Currently medical and religious exemptions will be considered. PCR testing required if applicable.

Required: EKG required.

Associate’s degree in nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

2 years experience required, 5 years preferred.

1 reference from last 48 months (Any reference type)1 reference from last 48 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
