Shift: AM
Start Date: 7/1
Hours per week: 40 (guaranteed 36), 4x10s
Pay Breakdown:
Travel: $25.05 hr, $37.58 OT, $1,162 PD = $2,164 weekly gross
Local: $49.28 hr, $73.91 OT = $1,971 weekly gross
Contract Length: 13 weeks
On call: 2 days per week
Weekend requirement: should be about every other weekend
Licensure: ARDMS or CCI
Experience: 2+ years in skillset
Equipment used: Phillips and GE machines
Patient Case Load: 10 procedures per 10 hour shift

Prolink Job ID #469927. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
