Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - CT Tech

Shift: Nights / 11:30p-7:30a, 8x5, 40hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience
  • Community Hospital experience
  • BLS
  • ARRT R
  • ARRT CT

CT Tech - 1 YR - No 1st Timers - 40HR Nights
Shift Details: 5x8's 23:30 - 07:30 Every Other Weekend
Years of Experience: 1 Year Unit does not accept first time travelers
Community Hospital Experience Required
Certifications: ARRT CT ARRT R BLS State Licensed
Patient Age Group: Infants Pediatrics Adolescents Adults Geriatrics
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Performing CT and Radiologic exams Producing quality imaging studies Preparing room and equipment for ordered studies Transport patients to/from ER to Imaging department Must have a complete working knowledge in the principles of physics, anatomy, medical terminology and radiation protection as it relates to Radiology Practice. CT/Radiologic Technologist must meet the ECHN age specific knowledge/skill requirement, annually complete ECHN's mandatory education program.
Required Skills: Adult Acute Care Adult Outpatient Emergency Department PACS Siemens Abdomen without and/or with Contrast Colorectal Studies (Rectal Contrast) Pelvis without and/or with Contrast Chest without and/or with Contrast Vascular Chest (e.g Pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta) Carotid Head without and/or with contrast Sinuses Soft Tissue Neck Trauma Head Multiplanar Reconstructions (MRP) Region of Interest Measurment (ROI) Isolation Precautions Preparation and/or administration of Contrast Media Radiation Safety Starting Peripheral IV's Coronary CTA Vascular CTA Cervical Lumbar Musculoskeletal Trauma Thoracic General Radiography
Scrubs: Navy
