Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.

If you’ve previously worked at an NYCHH facility, please update your employment dates on your profile and contact your Nurse Advocate with your NYCHH supervisor’s name to speed up your interview request. This information is necessary for your submission.

Previous Staff RN’s need to have a 1-year gap before returning.

Overtime not allowed at NYC Health and Hospital facilities, requires written manager approval in rare cases.

All time off and special requests discussed directly with managers upon arrival, no pre-approval.

Mandatory Individual Professional Liability coverage for assignment duration. Only individual malpractice insurance accepted by the facility.

Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma.

**RN must have experience in Cardiovascular OR cases.

** Rotating weekends is a requirement and workers must report as scheduled including holidays.

IV/Phlebotomy experience

Two years of the following experience is required: Scrub and circulating experience IV insertion and phlebotomy skill conscious sedation experience
