Schedules Available: Full-time, either: Day Shift (7am-7:30pm) or Nights (9pm – 6:30am)
Pay: very competitive pay plus shift differentials based on experience including full benefits and paid parking
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
· Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patient populations and families
· Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
· Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
· Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
· Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree is a plus
-Current (or ability to obtain) state of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
-At least one year of nursing experience in any setting, (Day shift requires recent OR / Circulator experience)
