Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live at least 101 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Call Required / Weekend Call Rotation (40 Hour Guarantee)

Weekend Requirements: 2 Saturdays a Month

General Ultrasound and Vascular proficiency (do not need to be vascular registered) - Required

2 references from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))
