They also utilize five-axis milling machines capable of producing complex components while maintaining tight tolerances.


Job Description:

Our client is seeking talented CNC Machine Operators to join their team in Monroe, CT. In this role, you will ensure that automated manufacturing processes yield optimal results while working in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.

- Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications and desired outcomes.

- Translate instructions into computer commands to execute proper machine functions.

- Prepare and load raw materials onto machines.

- Set up and run first pieces to verify that outputs meet specifications.

- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments for improved results.

- Inspect and measure finished products, ensuring compliance with requirements.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but our client is willing to train the right candidate.

- Strong attention to detail is essential.

- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

- Ability to work independently while closely following directions.
