Our client, an international industry leader, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work 1st or 2nd shift depending on production needs, hard working and team orientated.

Job Title:  Production Supervisor 

Location:  Goldsboro Area

Pay:  $27.00 / Hour 


What’s the Job?

  • Efficiently managing a team consisting of entry-level, semi-skilled, and skilled personnel.
  • Directs work group or department to assure on-time production and/or delivery
  • Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.
  • Training/cross-training employees on products/machinery and company policies.
  • Responsible for teaching safe work practices, good housekeeping procedures and seeing that they are adhered to.

 What’s Needed?

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of college-level education and experience.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • At least one year experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
