Our client, Acushnet Company/Titleist is seeking Embroidery Machine Operators and Support Associates to join their team. Working in the embroidery department, you will be part of the Titleist Golf manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn fast, be punctuale and have the ability to work overtime.

Job Title:  Embroidery Associate
Location: Lakeville MA
Shifts: 1st Shift Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm + OT as required

Embroidery Machine Operators $20.40
Embroidery Support Associate $19.38


What’s the Job? 
Embroidery Machine Operator:

  • Must have experience working with Embroidery Machines and good computer skills
  • Experience on 5 or 6 single head machiens - Barudan Machines preferred
  • Perform standing cleaning / maintenance of machine
  • Accurately follow work order instruction


Embroidery Support Associate:

  • Must Have Sewing Experience - embroidery experience a plus 
  • Assist in the preparation of product to be embroidered, including unpacking, marking embroidery locations, preparing materials
  • Move WIP through the embroidery process and assist with restocking materials needed
  • Assist machine operators with threads and work on other projects as needed

  • Must be able to work within a production and warehouse environment
  • Successfully pass a background check & drug test
  • Ability to follow direction and have a high standard of workmanship
  • Be a team player work well to achieve common goal
