Title: Assistant Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Long Term Care
Location: Winamac, IN
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri, rotation on-call
Pay: Competitive based on education and relevant experience and full benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care; oversee nursing services within the facility; and adhere to federal and state regulations and best practices regarding sanitation, infection control and patient privacy

REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-Active and clean RN license in Indiana, or compact state license
-RN with leadership experience preferred (charge, manager, or similar), but will provide education/training to the right candidate if needed
