Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: North King County, Snohomish, & Pierce County WA
Pay: $30 - $40/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Overtime as needed
Position Type: Full-time

Lead HVAC Service Technician Position Summary:
The Lead HVAC Service Technician will provide routine maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and perform repairs for residential HVAC systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run diagnostics, complete repairs, and run routine maintenance on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, etc.
- Educate customers by offering proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
- Use an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office.
- Travel to job sites within the service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain and replace parts, and calibrate the system to the manufacturer's recommendation.
