In this dynamic role, you’ll:

  • Lead the Charge: As our go-to RN, you'll be the administrative and clinical superstar, guiding your team through shifts with enthusiasm and expertise. You'll plan, manage, and inspire our team of 55.9 FTEs and 69 direct reports to deliver top-notch care.

  • Master Multitasker: With your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you'll oversee the operational efficiency of the shift, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Balancing resources and optimizing labor will be your superpowers

  • Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with our departmental leaders to ensure smooth sailing in our ambulatory setting. Your collaboration skills will help us navigate challenges and enhance patient care in the most cost-effective and professional manner.

  • Coach and Cultivate: Develop and mentor our team members, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and ready to tackle any clinical challenge that comes their way. Your leadership will help our team thrive and grow

  • Be the Ambassador: Represent our ambulatory setting with pride, setting the standard for excellence and professionalism. Your role is pivotal in our new ambulatory leadership structure, making you a key player in our exciting initiative.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience and Expertise: A registered nurse with a knack for leadership and a passion for clinical excellence. Your experience in managing teams and resources will set you up for success in this role.

What you will need:

  • Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program preferred.       

  • Current State of Illinois RN licensure required.

  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Registered Nurse. At least three years working in an ambulatory setting.

  • BLS/CPR certification required.
