RN - Medical Advanced Care (Pulmonary Unit)
\t\t\t1:4/5 nurse to patient ratio 
\t\t\tNurse Manager: Jennifer Long 
\t\t\tBase Rate + Queue Care Add-On = Blended Hourly Rate 
\t\t\t$2.00 Queue Care Add-On
\t\t\tSalary Range: $32.00 - $42.00/HR 
\t\t\t$2/hr Night Add-On
\t\t\t15% Night Shift Diff (Based off base rate)
\t\t\tWhen calculating base rate, HR will take into account any & all prior healthcare experience
\t\t\t
\t\t\tSign On Bonus: $7,500 Days & $10,000 Nights 
\t\t\tRelocation can be paid from the sign on bonus at 100 days of employment.
\t\t\t
\t\t\tWILL TRAIN  Registered Nurses of all levels.

  • ME3 is a medical advanced care unit specializing in pulmonary patients. Unit specialties include care of patients with tracheostomy and ventilator, bipap, ventilator weaning, management of diabetic ketoacidosis, titration of cardiac drips, chest tube management, and caring for other high- acuity, complex patients.\t\t\t\t
