Requirements:
  • WV/Compact License
  • 2 years ICU experience
  • AllScripts/McKesson Charting System experience
  • ACLS
  • BLS
*Locals are not accepted. Radius rule is 75 miles.

ICU
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 OR 4x12 Days 7a-7p, weekdays, EOW, float, holidays

*Facility will consider 3x12 or 4x12 - candidate preference. Please indicate on your cover sheet what the candidate prefers.*

Experience required: 2 years of ICU exp.
Licensure: Compact state Will consider candidates with pending license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Floating Requirements: During ICU low census, will float to Med Surg
Work 1 weekend per 4 week schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Can be put "On Call" during ICU/Med Surg low census one shift per 2 week pay period
Blocked schedule will be considered of requested at the time of application

Patient Ratio: 2:1 or 3:1
Charting System Experience: AllScripts/McKesson
Weekend/On Call Requirements: As needed, likely every-other
Floating Requirements: As needed (Med Surg or CDU)
First Time Traveler: travel experience is required
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
COVID: Possible

**FLU VACCINE: Davis will consider medical exemptions. Travelers MUST provide a signed doctor’s note from their physician AND complete Davis’ medical exemption request form. Davis is NOT considering religious exemption requests

  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required + Booster - No Exemptions, Current Booster
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions Only
