Job Summary and Qualifications- Obtain quality ultrasound images of patients
- Manage all ultrasound equipment and recognize significant diagnostic information
- Demonstrates ability to perform all necessary computer operations
- Render patient care in a professional and courteous manner and always identifies patients utilizing the proper protocol.
- Prepare ultrasound machine and perform quality control tests
- PREFERRED: At least 1 year of experience as a staff sonographer
- REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- REQUIRED: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer ARRT or ARDMS
- BLS for Healthcare Providers through AHA or CPR through American Red Cross
- PREFERRED: Registered Vascular Technologist certification
