Position Information:
The Medical Assistant works interdependently with other medical professionals to provide quality health care to the patient. The Medical Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a physician by performing specific services in caring for the personal needs and comforts of the patient. The Medical Assistant understands the needs of the practice and supports the mission and values. The required registration/certification must be one of the following: American Academy of Medical Assistants American Medical Technologists American Registry of Medical Assistants and the National Center for Competency Testing.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Clinical - Medical Assistant Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent  Required - And Graduate Medical Assisting Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant Required - Within 24 Months of Hire Or Registered Medical Assistant Required - Within 24 Months of Hire

Hours of Work:
Monday-Thrusday (7:30am-5:00pm_ - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends

Call Requirements:
None
