Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Cath Lab Tech, you will be working with Physicians, and other Cardiovascular Lab personnel in assisting in clearing, preparing the Cath Lab room for cases. You will be responsible for recognizing cardiac pressure forms recorded and cardiac thermodynamics parameters. You will be performing cardiac thermodynamic calculations and report any abnormal values to the physician. You will review and update procedures logs immediately after each procedure.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital. Offering a full range of services. We are home to the most experienced Heart Institute on the Treasure Coast. Lawnwood Hospital provides interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery. Other hospital services include labor/delivery, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, nuclear medicine, adult and pediatric emergency services, and diagnostic services. We also offer the area’s only Level III Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units.
