Job Description

Do you have HVAC experience? We are looking for HVAC systems serviceman who have worked in residential, light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the HVAC service industry. You may be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to assess your special skill.

What you will do:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC systems serviceman who have worked in residential, light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

How will you do it:

Servicemen must have practical working experience in residential, light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers and ammonia systems.

Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

What we look for:

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Two (2) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.

  • Passion/ desire to learn and apply on the job. 

  • Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills. 

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently. 

  • Prioritize safety in all forms.

  • This position requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred

  • Five (5) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry

  • Refrigeration Certification preferred

  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
