Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Rotating shifts Monday - Saturday. 4/10 hr. shifts per week FT. Some 5/8 hr. shifts that are more limited on the rotation.

Limited Call, one Saturday evening of call every 8-10 weeks, and one Sunday shift of call every 8 - 10 weeks.

Possibility of 1 Holiday call shift if any fall during the assignment that is not filled by current staff.

Cardiac MRI skills are preferred but not required.

Certification: Infection Control

Meets departmental IV certification competency within three months of hire.

Must complete the controlled substance module within six months of hire.

Must complete the initial moderate sedation module within six months of hire.
