Job Summary and QualificationsAt Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, our Stress Lab Nurses ensures quality non-invasive cardiac stress testing on inpatient and outpatients. In addition to working collaboratively to deliver non-invasive testing to patients the Stress Lab nurse will also perform routine and STAT EKG’s, complete daily department charges and other duties as assigned. We are an amazing, hardworking team who is looking for a phenomenal addition like you
- Performs routine, STAT and pre-op EKG’s according to established protocols and physicians’ requests
- Processes EKG’s according to policy and procedure.
- Is proficient in the operation of the Muse System.
- Constantly assures privacy during testing and provides for patient comfort
- Active RN license and BLS required
- 1-3 years nursing experience and previous experience performing Stress testing, and EKGs preferred
- Knowledge of specialty equipment tools: EKG, Stress Test equipment is preferred
