This full time, permanent Multiple Construction Project Manager for Electrical and Switchgears opening is at a growing yet stable structural manufacturer that has been in business for over a century. They are a respected leader in their industry. Sales are stable as customers are diverse from utilities to high tech companies. Employees enjoy working here as they are valued and treated well. This position is open due to company and product line growth. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:


  • Working on 60 custom made to order multi-million dollar projects at one time at varied stages from concept to delivery
  • Working on electrical and switchgear related construction projects
  • Managing service and repair work projects
  • Communicating with the customer
  • Acting as a liaison between engineering and production
  • Troubleshooting any issues
  • Reviewing Bills Of Materials and purchasing materials
  • Ensuring products ship on time

 

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:


  • A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or five or more years of working hands-on with switchgears
  • 10 or more years of experience managing over 30 complicated projects at one time
  • Five or more years of electrical project management experience
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
