  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

  • Previous travel experience strongly encouraged

  • Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  • Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT OR NMTCB, BLS and PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
  • Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
  • Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, Washington.
