Avera is looking for a Surgical Technologist Outpatient to join our Team



Position Highlights:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1

  • This position may be eligible for a $6,000 Sign on Bonus for less than 2 years of experience with a 2 year commitment or $10,000 for 2 years or more of experience with a 3 year commitment

Job Summary

  • BRAND NEW FACILITY As a Surgical Technologist enjoy working a Monday – Friday schedule
    \t
  • GREAT HOURS  Daytime hours, no call, weekends or holidays
    \t
  • OPPORTUNITIES  Gain experience and grow, help build and develop a new department.
    \t
  • FAST-PACED WORK ENVIRONMENT
    \t
  • ORTHOPEDICS FOCUS  Most case volume are focused on orthopedics


Education and/or Experience




  • \t
  • Satisfactory completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program required.
    \t
  • Previous experience as a Surgical Technician preferred.


 



Licensure/Certification/Registration




  • \t
  • Successful completion of National Exam of Surgical Technicians preferred.


Work Schedule




  • \t
  • Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm; 80hrs/2wks


Pay



The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $22.00 - $31.75 per hour
