We are seeking talented Intake Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.
- Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions.
- Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission.
- Completes pre-authorization of services.
- Welcomes patient and completes paperwork upon arrival to facility.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors’ Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with behavioral health care, crisis management, substance use disorder and/or other psychological assessments or intake required.
