Experience:

• 12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Must have Neuro Exp

Cardiac certified

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies/cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP/LP shunts, seizures. Occasionally: syncope, hyper/hypotension vascular surgeries.

What areas require floating? ICU, Surgical stepdown unit, ER
