Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Human Services with 5+ years in foster care or family reunification program management, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license meeting agency underwriting standards.

The Role
As Vice President of Permanency, you will oversee all program activities and performance outcomes for the 2INgage Permanency Division. Working with community leaders, officials, and key agency staff, you will shape program services, guidelines, procedures, policies, and budgeting, ensuring high-quality service in alignment with TFI Family Services’ mission and DFPS standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and administrative functions of the Permanency Program.
• Set goals, policies, and long-term plans, subject to board approval.
• Develop annual budgets; monitor monthly financials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve foster care and family preservation services.
• Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and staff professional development.
