From Physical Therapy and Nutrition Counseling with our Dietitian to our Massage Therapist and Medical Wellness program, we help find the best solutions for our patients to overcome any challenge. We need you as the next great member of our client's professional team making a huge difference.

How does a day look for you as our next great team member? Start the day in our fun and comfortable coffee lounge grabbing a cup to get your day started. We greet our patients and offer to help them start the day off right. Sometimes that means sharing some tea or a funny story and sometimes it means getting right to work. We make the most of our day and we help others do the same.

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Physical Therapist who embodies the best part of our career, making therapy fun and engaging. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, supportive, and adept at building rapport with patients, creating an uplifting environment that fosters motivation and recovery. You will deliver personalized care while promoting a positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through open communication and active listening.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that resonate with patients’ goals and lifestyles.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Encourage and motivate patients through positive reinforcement and enthusiastic support, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a dynamic, supportive environment that prioritizes patient well-being and success.
  • Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, emphasizing the importance of their active participation and maintaining a positive mindset.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse patient populations.
  • Experience in a collaborative healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to effectively connect with patients and team members.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical reasoning.
  • High energy and a positive attitude that enhances the patient experience.
  • Proficient in the use and comfort with electronic medical records systems (EMR) and documentation.
