Rhino Medical Services is leading the charge seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best patient experience in the field of Physical Therapy for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Eden, Texas.

Position Details:
  • Position Type: Contract (6 weeks)
  • Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (required) Masters or Doctorate (preferred) in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.
  • Licensed to practice as Physical Therapist in Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Function:
  • Complete Initial and regular patient assessment and reassessment in a timely manner. Document outcomes and interpretation of data, and communicate interpretation to appropriate teams. Initiate plan of care with expected outcomes.
  • Participate in plan of care of patient in collaboration with appropriate teams and physician.
  • Complete documentation of assessment, reassessment and treatment plans in the medical record.
  • Perform regular checks on patients and equipment. Maintain clean and safe equipment and environment.
  • Assist with daily assignments to Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Demonstrates respect for co-workers and responds to needs of patients by complying with hospital policies.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Providing Comprehensive And Personalized Physical Therapy Services
Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited organization (required)
Master's or Doctorate in physical therapy (preferred)
