Certs & Licensure:*Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required. Can submit with pending.*BLS (American Heart Association)- Required*ACLS- Required*Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring- Required*NRP- Required*AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced- Required?On-Call REQ:Yes? - approx. 2-3 12-hour shifts per 8-week schedule

Blocked Scheduling:Unit manager will consider

RTO Restrictions:Unit Manager’s approval Required.?
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.?
