Community Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for a skilled RN or LPN supporting the best caregivers and staff in Missoula

The Employee Health & Education Nurse is an integral team member who is responsible for a variety of programs and functions.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to promoting and protecting the health and wellness of Community Medical Center's hospital and clinic employees, processing candidate pre-employment screenings, running vaccination clinics, maintaining detailed records in accordance with regulatory standards, and acting as the subject matter expert resource for all employee health-related matters, representing HR and Employee Health in various committees.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to teach our up-and-coming caregivers by providing hands-on competency training in relation to our Medical Assistant and other certification programs.  In this capacity, you will have the ability to shape and influence the future of our organization

If you have a passion for people, a propensity for compassion, the ability to build strong relationships, and are able to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously, this is a perfect position for you.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant nursing experience, including immunization and injection procedures.  Employee Health or Occupational Health experience in a hospital setting as well as experience providing employee education is preferred.
