Reporting directly to the Respiratory Services Manager, the ACLS Respiratory Supervisor will lead a dedicated team of respiratory care professionals to ensure exceptional care across the department. In this supervisory role, the Assistant Manager will work closely with other clinical leaders, medical staff, and administrative teams to align departmental operations with hospital standards, fostering a cohesive environment that prioritizes patient safety and quality care.
In this role, the Hospital Respiratory Therapy Assistant Manager oversees a busy respiratory care unit, staffed with highly skilled RCPs, supporting a range of services that include advanced life support, mechanical ventilation, and blood gas laboratory operations. The team is dedicated, professional, and known for its collaborative spirit in delivering respiratory care to patients of all ages, including neonates and pediatric cases.
The Hospital Respiratory Therapy Assistant Manager will focus on a blend of clinical and supervisory responsibilities, including staff education, mentoring, and supporting competency standards.
