Shift: Days / 6a-6p, 12x3, 36hrs per weekLength: 13 weeks
Requirements:
  • SC License
  • 1 year Behavioral health experience required
  • BLS
  • RTF experience preferred
  • Experience with adolescents preferred
Other Details:
1 RN traveler needed on days6:00a - 6:00pResidental Behavioral Health facility - 1 RN to 17 residents - RN's work alongside with mental health assistants
1 year Behavioral health experience requiredRTF experience prefferedexperience with adolescents preffered
CPR certifcation requiredSC license required
-Safely and accurately administer patient medications using electronic MAR-Assess patients psychiatric and medical needs for patients who may or may not be able to communicate verbally-Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including psychiatry, medical, therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, recreation therapy, dieticians, and BCBAs.-Perform routine procedures (phlebotomy, vital signs, EKGs) and document in patients’ charts-Perform CLIA-Waived tests as ordered (Rapid Strep, Rapid Influenza,) document in patient's chart and notifify provider-Document and communicate with guardians regarding any medical or behavior issues and necessary interventions-Document weekly summaries on assigned patients-Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients
