Job Details
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $1930 - $2080
  • Setting: Hospital
  • Start Date: April 7, 2025
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Flexible 10-hour shifts, with 12-hour night shifts on weekends
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree from an accredited school
  • Pharmacist License in the state of Ohio or eligibility for licensure
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and professional pharmaceutical care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
  • Prepare and dispense medication orders per physician requests
  • Ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients
  • Contribute to the quality and effective operation of the pharmacy department
  • Maintain competence required for the current job title/position
  • Exercise universal precautions and use personal protective equipment as necessary
