Our Mansfield Northwestern Mutual Office seeks to add three (3) new aspiring wealth management advisors to join its growing and highly productive practice. We specialize in developing “career changers” – these are professionals who have experienced success in one industry but may have felt capped and are open to translating their skillset elsewhere.

A successful applicant has experience in business development or sales, is self-motivated, has strong interpersonal skills.

Position Overview:

As a Wealth Management Advisor at the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company, you will build long-lasting relationships, offer guidance and provide solutions to help clients meet their financial goals and objectives as they change over time.

You will work with clients by creating financial plans built on their unique needs and visions. And through industry-leading solutions, you’ll help them protect what they’ve worked so hard to achieve, while growing their assets for the future.

You’ll be supported by the #1 network (Dallas-Fort Worth) in the country and by nationally ranked training programs, mentoring, unlimited access to resources to assist clients and a network of specialists who provide guidance on:

  • Comprehensive Financial Planning
  • Personal Planning Analysis

A successful applicant has experience in business development or sales (preferred B2B/B2C, Inside/Outside Sales, Financial Management, Insurance and Financial Services), is self-motivated, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrates a history of personal success, values professional independence, maintains a high standard of ethics, and shows interest in business, finance or entrepreneurial ventures.

They must also possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year institution (required)
  • Honest, ethical and a strong sense of morality
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, highly productive, value-driven environment
