Med Surg RN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Med Surg RN to fill an opening with nationally ranked healthcare facility in Panama City, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg RN:
\t- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
\t - Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
\t - Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
\t - Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
\t - Act as an advocate for patient safety.
\t - Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
\t - Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
\t - Schedule: 3x12's Flexible your choice of Days or Nights
Required Qualifications for Med Surg RN:
\t- Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
\t - 1+ year of RN bedside experience using clinical skills
\t - 1+ year of recent acute care/hospital experience strongly preferred
\t - BLS w/in 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications for Med Surg RN:
\t- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
\t - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
