\tWhat is the work schedule for this position? 5 days/week. Flexibility is available.

\tFacility Setting? LTACH

\tWill position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No
\t

\tNumber of beds in your facility? Max 32 (average census 20-25)
\t
\t
\tPreferred experience level? Preferred acute care setting experience
\t
\t
\tEMR for your facility: Protouch (documentation) and Casamba/ SMART (billing) (will be transitioning to Kronos)
\t
\t
\tScrub colors / dress code: purple scrub pants with option for facility shirt or solid colored shirt, otherwise full scrub set
\t
\t
\tWhat is the work schedule for this position? Typically begin at 9 and end when caseload is seen (9-3 if average of 6.4 hours/day)

Requirements:

\tActive Unrestricted IL License
\t
\t
\tActive BLS certification
\t
\t
\tYears of Experience: At least 1 year
\t
\t
\tMust be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
