Home Health Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver hands on nursing care in the home, including comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, and other skilled services
- Provide patient education to patients and families for a wide variety of diagnoses, ensuring the patient can effectively manage their conditions at home
- Facilitate communication to all members of the patient’s care team, incorporating family members, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and physicians
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Pay rate
- RN: $70k - $100k annually (salaried position with weekly bonus opportunities)

Minimum Requirements
- Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan – BSN not required
- At least one (1) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
Preferred Skills
- One (1) year of Home Health experience
- Community health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience
