AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Ridgewood Manor, located at 3231 Manley Rd Maumee, Ohio.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):



  • Active RN license
  • Minimun of 1 year of ADON or similar position experience prefered

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and achievemnt of nursing department goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand.
  • Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesy and integrity in every interaction.
