MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Marshall, Michigan.

Essential Duties:
Ability to continuously stand and sit (90% of the time). Potentially exposed to infectious diseases. Ability to reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds.
Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part.
Must provide full "fit for duty" physical if extended offer.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1+ years PT experience - Required
Pelvic Health experience - Required
Previous travel experience- Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Michigan License must be active at time of submission
