Shift: Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOW, Holiday support
Length: 13/26 weeks
Requirements:
- NC License
- 2 Years’ Experience
- Medical ICU experience in large facility, comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Advanced
skills needed: ventilator management, critical care pharmacology (IV
sedation, paralytics, vasopressors, etc), advanced hemodynamic
monitoring, central line management - Charge experience required
- BLS
- ACLS
- Documentation system: Cerner
- Number of Beds: 10 ICU/PCU Overflow
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 ICU, 4-5: 1 PCU
- Travelers will be required to float
- Type of equipment: Lift equipment, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), ventilators, IV pumps, etc.
- ICU/PCU Overflow - Will also work on PCU & Med/Surg - Tele patients as this is an overflow unit
- Please be prepared to work with higher ratios of 1:6-1:7 if operations requires it
