Job DescriptionThe Facility is a Mental Health Clinic located in Lincoln, NE.

We are seeking candidates who can conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including patient history and diagnostic assessments. This includes:

  • Conducting mental status exams to assess patients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
  • Prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications as necessary
  • Collaborating with psychologists, social workers, therapists, and primary care providers to coordinate patient care
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
  • A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience in psychiatry (new graduates with strong training are encouraged to apply)
  • An active Medical License in NE
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry / DEA registration and eligibility to prescribe controlled substances
