Tact Staff is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Plattsburgh, New York.

Travel Rate: $72.50 Radius: $67.50 for 51-100 miles  Local: $62.50 for 50 miles or less  Assignment for 26-32 weeks  Certified OR Tech: Must be flexible to 10H shifts as needed, 40H weeks; On Call: weekend shifts every other (as needed) – not more than once a month if applicable; Max call 1x post shift/week, 1 weekend day per 4-week schedule period; Need cert through NBSTSA; BLA required, CNOR preferred; Must have close to 2 years of experience; Float required; Prior travel preferred; Work history needs to be from similar size facility, as well as trauma II or higher; Solid knowledge base including, but not limited to ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, neuro. License, or proof it is in process with application date clearly visible, must be included with the submission packet. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained. Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet. No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
