TFI Family Services is seeking a Director of Permanency Services to lead our efforts in providing exceptional care for children and families. If you have a passion for making a difference and meet the qualifications, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
- Education:
- Master’s degree in human services OR
- Enrolled in a master’s program within 6 months of hire
- Experience:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or related field
- Driver’s License:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency underwriting standards
As the Director of Permanency Services, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program.
- Ensure high-quality services aligned with best practices and agency policies.
- Collaborate with public and private agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal laws and agency policies.
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight to ensure program success.
- Conduct surveys and evaluations to refine services and present results to senior staff.
- Establish long-term goals and fiscal strategies for program sustainability.
- Represent TFI Family Services in public forums and legislative events.
- Provide supervision, development, and leadership for agency staff.
- Ensure culturally responsive practices and promote teamwork.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet program objectives.
- Flexible scheduling and remote work options.
