Our client, Sant Gobain is seeking a Packer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have [ the experience and knowlege which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Selects, prepares, and builds shipping box, pail, or crate as directed by work order.
• Ensures any required packaging/shipping materials and special handling procedures required for safe national and international shipping are properly utilized.
• Seals containers or materials using tape, wood, shrink-wrapping, nails, fasteners, power saw, and other hand tools.
• Utilizes knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, and equipment to construct, wrap and line boxes/cartons/crates using nail gun, staple gun, circular saw, strapper, wrapping machine, and forklift

What’s Needed?

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, job folders and memos required.
• Performs basic math calculations, by hand and by computer, to include conversions, weight measurements, volume and distance
