Opportunity Specifics:
- Contract Type: Permanent Placement
- Setting: Urgent Care
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: 2-Year Contract Terms
- Service Locations: Waxahachie and Midlothian
- Census: Average 30+ during week and 16+ on weekends
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 8:00pm)
- Saturday & Sunday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
- Schedule: 3 Day/Week & Every Other Weekend (30-min lunch breaks)

Provider Requirements:
- Current Texas State License & Active/Unrestricted DEA
- Certified Physician Assistant
- 1+ Years of Relevant Clinical Experience Preferred
- (Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, etc.)
- Must be available to treat patients of all ages (3 months and older)
Providing Urgent Care Services
Current Texas State License
Active/Unrestricted DEA Certification
Years of Relevant Clinical Experience (preferred)
Experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, etc. (preferred)
Able to treat patients of all ages (3 months and older)
Availability for 3-day/week schedule including every other weekend
Master's Degree
