Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2183.28
Requirements
\t- Current Resume
\t - Nursing License per state
\t - Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
\t - 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months)
\t - Physicial (within 12 months)
\t - TB Skin Test (within 12 months)
\t - Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
\t - Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
\t - Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
\t - Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
\t - COVID Card - Current (In most cases)
