Trim Press Operator - Entry Level Positions

Location: Decorah, Iowa

  • Shifts: 2nd shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday to Friday) and 3rd shift (4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, with 3-day weekends)
  • Potential: Opportunity for full-time, long-term employment based on performance

Responsibilities:

  • Examine and inspect materials, finished parts, and products for defects
  • Remove excess material from parts manually or using machinery
  • Discard waste and place clean parts in containers

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) or significant manufacturing experience
