Oxford, United States IntelyCare Full time
Job Description

Make as much as $66 per hour as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oxford, NJ (and nearby areas) with a work schedule that you control. That's right, at IntelyCare, our nurse professionals have the freedom to choose when, where, and how often they work and we also provide them with the benefits, support, and stability of W2 employment.

As a nurse-founded company we're inspired by the selfless efforts of our colleagues who put others first every day. However, the old approach to nurse staffing has come to rely on this ethos, leading to an inflexible system that de-prioritizes the needs of nursing professionals. Here's the good news — we're changing how things are done. As our nurses and aides get to pick shifts from our growing network of facility partners, we're showing that it's possible for nurse professionals to have their career and a full life to go with it.

Imagine what you could do with a work schedule you control. How about weekend shifts in the summer so you have more time to kayak with the kids at Furnace Lake or explore the hiking trails near Oxford Mountain? Or maybe you just need a weekday getaway to Mountain Lake? However you choose to spend your time, you deserve a job that won't get in the way. Here are a few more reasons to consider joining our team.

Benefits
  • Registered Nurse (RN) hourly pay range: $44-$66 (25% higher than average)
  • Payment on a weekly or daily basis
  • Employees and qualified family members eligible for health/vision/dental benefits
  • Wide selection of facilities and shift types (per diem, night shift, etc.)
  • Eligibility for 401k retirement benefits
  • Workers' comp, malpractice insurance, and taxes covered by employer
  • Hazard pay and bonus pay for travel, overtime, and holidays
  • Easy-to-use mobile app to access all of your job functions
  • Free IntelyCare water bottles, scrubs, and other company merch
  • Access to free, app-based continuing education courses and training

At IntelyCare, we've built our company around our nursing professionals, not the other way around. That makes all the difference for our nursing professionals (called "IntelyPros"). Here's what some of them have to say about their experience with us:

"IntelyCare allows me to have the work-life balance I needed. Working for this company is a privilege – my life has been better ever since"

"I really enjoy working with IntelyCare The app is very easy to use, the staff is always available and helpful, and the pay is great I have completed shifts through IntelyCare in three different states and I can’t complain. This company is very organized"

"IntelyCare gives you the opportunity to work on your own terms. It offers you the flexibility to work when you want and gives you all the tools necessary to achieve financial freedom. They display the amount of money you’ll make prior to accepting a shift and allows you to work overtime, which is great."

"I love IntelyCare because of the flexibility. Being a single mother of a disabled child while pregnant with another child is hard enough. Not having a set schedule allows me to work around mine and my child’s doctor appointments while still earning a living."
