**This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $30,000 with a three (3) year commitment. Must have one (1) year of long-term care experience**
Avera is currently seeking nurses looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
Position Highlights:
\t- Student Loan Repayment: This RN position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Job Summary
\t- The RN will assist the team by supervising, assessing, and administering medications and treatments as directed, to ensure residents receive quality care.
\t - Contact physician and establish working relationship and initiates ongoing information exchange.
\t - Oversee Med Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants.
Education and/or Experience
\t- Graduate of a nursing education program
Licensure/Certification/Registration
\t- Current RN license to practice in the State of South Dakota.
\t - Maintain CPR certification.
Work Schedule
\t- 6pm-6:30am; 48 hours every 2 weeks
\t - Every third weekend and every third holiday rotation.
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
\t- $31.00 - $46.50
