Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital – OB/L&D
Location: Central Kansas
Schedule: Full-time days Mon thru Fri, 5x8s no holidays, no on call
Pay: Based on education and experience, plus company-paid benefits Mid-range pay starting at $88k-$94k/year

The Nurse Manager is accountable for the overall operations of the unit/division and is responsible on a continual basis for the quality of patient care, customer service, and cost-efficient operation of the unit/division. This position supports the hospital's mission and strategic plan, budgeting and resource allocation, organizational policy and overall management plan of their area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:
-ASN required
-KS/compact RN license, BLS
-L&D/OB experience required and charge/supervisory experience highly preferred
